A few words about my current work.
The ideas inspiring my latest work are based upon the following:
A long building/assembling time (24 to 72 hours) and a short destruction time (10 minutes), the destruction being part of the artwork and marking the end of it.
Frailty: expressed by the choice of material, cotton thread, glue…
Tension: close to the material’s breaking point
The importance of repetition of movement during the realisation.
Each work is unique, installed in situ and created for the exhibition itself.
